With so much unrest occurring around the world, especially in the United States of America, with COVID-19, the murder of George Floyd, political tug of wars and endless shaming for sharing your point of view, are you doing your part to create a better world for all of us to live in? Many of us, as a defense mechanism, will naturally say we are being part of the solution. If this is so, what role are playing? What are you doing to make the world a better place for all mankind?
What Are You Doing?
When asked this question, what is your response? Are you loving people more? Are holding a door open for someone? Are you being less judgmental and giving people the benefit of the doubt? Did you buy the coffee for the people in line behind you? What are you doing to make today better for everyone you come in contact with? What are you doing to make the world a better place for all of us? If nothing, it's never too late to start.
Be The Change
For the world to be a better place for all of us, we need to listen to, and live by the words Mahatma Gandhi shared with us years ago...Be the change you wish to see in the world. Be the change you want to see happen. We must be the change we wish to see in the world. If you want to see more kindness, be kinder. If want to see more acceptance, be more accepting. If you want to see more love, be more loving.
If It's Going To Be, It Starts With Me
If the world is going to be a better place for all of us, it starts with me. Me and only me. I am the only one I can control. I need to take responsibility for my thoughts and actions and if I do, I am doing my part to make the world more loving, accepting, kinder etc., and hopefully will inspire someone to do their part as well. I have always lived by this moto and will continue to during these unsettled times...If it's going to be, it's up to me.
Much Love
