You Are Not Alone!
During these unsettled times of isolation and quarantine, it's important to remember that you are NOT alone. While you may be by yourself, physically, there are people like myself just waiting to hear from you. So, what has you hesitating? What is holding you back? I encourage you to reach out! There is a lot more at stake here than just COVID-19 and in order to feel supported, you must be the one taking your own risks. And the first step, starts with you!
Life Can Be Hard Even On A Good Day.
While life can be hard and lonely on a good day, days like the ones we are living now have a tendency to make them even more so. Everyone is living under "stay at home" orders. When you do get out, everyone's keeping their distance and personal interaction is at a complete minimum.
Don't be afraid to feel what you're feeling. Try to remember that you are not alone, you are very loved, very needed, and very special.
What You're Feeling Is Completely Normal.
All the emotions you are feeling are completely normal. I feel them too. I'd be willing to bet we all do. Your thoughts will tell you something different. When you see other people that may appear to "have it all together", I'd be willing to bet, they are feeling the same way you are. But, I know this for certain, you are NOT alone. There is a high possibility they are feeling lonely, down, unmotivated and quite possibly depressed. It's all OKAY!! This is normal. You are normal!! While we may be living apart and very distant, we will get through this together!!

So, I will ask you again. What has you hesitating? An email is certainly a safe place to start. There are people, like me, that love and care about YOU!! We are waiting to hear your voice and to connect with you. We want you to feel supported and we wish to walk these times with you. Go ahead. Be brave. Reach out. I am here!
